Hello, My name is Trey. All my life, I have always been fascinated by all aspects of computers and video games. In fact
I can remember my father telling me stories of how I was less than a year old and always wanting to play on old Texas Instrument
learning machine. My favorite games were always Jungle Hunt and Q'Bert. I still remember playing those until I got to the
age of 5. That was when my family upgrade to a computer running window 3.1. The old 386 DX with 56 ram and a 5 gig hard
drive. Wow those were the days. It was the very first time I got to play around with the behind the scenes of PCs. In one
month, I had already reformatted and reinstalled the Operating System 6 times, created a small GW Basic program that will
play ALL my games (which were wheel of fortune, family feud, and of course jeopardy), and last, but not least, installed a
modem. All this at the tender age of 5 mind you. It wasn't until I was in Junior High when I created a random quiz game
using GW basic, that I knew I wanted to program video games.
After 2 years at Florida Community College of Jacksonville, 1 year at a local Gainesville software company, I am now a Junior
Programmer at University of Florida, writing programs in Perl, Visual Basic, COCOA, and C++.
My dream will always remain to head toward programming video games, as it is the most rewarding and always the most exciting
of programming.
